Does your jewellery have a warranty?

Yes, all our jewellery comes with 2 years warranty. If you experience any issues within a year of purchase, we’re happy to offer a one-time replacement.

What kind of gold-plating do you use?

We use a thick layer of 18k gold plating, between 2.5 to 3.0 microns, well above the industry standard. Anything above 1 micron is considered high quality. With proper care, this level of plating is built to last and can serve you beautifully for many years, potentially even a lifetime.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and thick gold plating, making it water-resistant for occasional situations like hand washing or light splashes. However, to preserve its shine and finish over time, we don’t recommend wearing it in the shower, pool, or during workouts. Occasional contact with water won’t harm it, but minimizing exposure will help it last a lifetime.
