Our return policy for jewelry is 30 days, starting from the day you receive your item(s). During this time, you may return your jewelry for a refund or exchange as long as it is in unworn condition.

We take the quality of our jewelry very seriously and we inspect every piece before shipping it to our customers. However, if for any reason you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can make it right.

Please note that customized products cannot be returned. This includes personalized jewelry with engraving or other modifications that are made specifically for you. If you have any concerns about the fit or design of a customized piece, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team before placing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item(s). We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. It is important that you package the item securely to prevent any damage during shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return and verify that the jewelry is in unworn condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. If you are exchanging your jewelry for a different item or size, we will send out the replacement as soon as possible.
