Q: Do you offer exchanges or returns?

For any reason, customers can initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery. Returning items is simple and without risk. Timalaus provides a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, which may encompass flaws, defects, loosened pearls or gems, defective gold-plating, premature earring post failures, and more. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from regular wear and tear, accidents, natural metal oxidation, or misuse and damage caused by abuse or neglect. Q: What warranties do you offer?

Q: My skin/ears are sensitive, is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin. To minimize the likelihood of an allergic reaction, we use high-quality materials like Sterling Silver and genuine Gold. Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% pure silver, combined with 7.5% other alloys for added durability, and excludes nickel. This silver blend is commonly regarded as one of the safest metals for sensitive skin. Our gold layers are made from premium 24k Gold, 18k Gold, or 14k Rose Gold, which are also considered among the safest metals for those with skin sensitivities.24k Gold, 18k Gold, or 14k Rose Gold. Q: How is Timalaus jewelry made?

The majority of our creations are produced through an intricate 3D-printing method, which is combined with conventional mold-making and lost wax casting techniques.

Initially, we utilize 3D digital modeling software to prepare our design file. Following this, a specialized 3D printer is used to print the design in a wax-like substance. Once the 3D print is complete and meticulously cleaned, liquid plaster is applied around the wax model to create a mold. As the plaster solidifies, the wax is melted out, leaving a cavity into which the selected metal is poured. After removing the plaster, the jewelry piece is thoroughly cleaned and hand-polished to achieve a flawless finish. Finally, we conduct finishing touches and quality checks before placing the jewelry in a gift box for presentation!

Q: Can you tell me more about the materials of the jewelry?

Each design's respective product page contains an in-depth description of the materials used. Our goal is to use the finest materials available at the current price point for our designs. By selling directly to customers, we can offer high-quality materials without traditional markups.

The majority of our designs are crafted in 925 Sterling Silver and coated with a thick layer of genuine 24k Yellow Gold, with a thickness of 2.5 Microns (referred to as Gold Vermeil designs). Sterling Silver is a high-grade silver alloy consisting of 92.5% pure silver by weight and 7.5% other alloys by weight, added to enhance the strength of the finished product. Our Gold Vermeil designs feature a 24k Gold layer that is 10 times thicker than the average gold-plated jewelry. Gold Vermeil jewelry serves as an excellent alternative to costly solid gold pieces.

Q: Can you change my address or order after it has been placed?

If you have any inquiries regarding order changes or cancellations, reach out to Customer Service at right away. We will do our utmost to fulfill your request, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Q: Tracking shows delivered, but I don’t have the package.

If the tracking system indicates that your package has been delivered but you can't find it, please take a moment to search all potential locations where mail might have been left. For instance, inquire at your building's office, check with your neighbors, and look behind or under any items where mail could have been placed. Occasionally, a package may be marked as 'delivered' but take an additional 48-72 hours to arrive. Also, verify the accuracy of the address provided for the order.

If the package remains unlocated, we recommend visiting your local post office, which should be the one responsible for delivering mail to your address, and requesting an update by providing the tracking number. Missing packages are often discovered during this step. If you still cannot find your package after following these instructions, please contact us.
