We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery times:

 

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• United States: 4–8 business days

• International: 5–14 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or holiday delays.

Timalaus is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processing for international orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
